As a witness to this important historic moment, at the invitation of Mr. Ke Xing, Chairman of Green Holdings, China Classification Society Yantai Office, Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanjing Puning Shipping Design Co., Ltd., Guangdong Huadian Fuxin Yangjiang Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd., Power Construction Corporation of China and other company leaders and distinguished guests attended the delivery ceremony.
On the delivery ceremony site
"Runneng 168" is the second cable laying ship invested and built by Green International Holdings, and it is also one of the largest tonnage cable laying ships of the same level in China. The ship belongs to Hainan Runneng Ocean Engineering Service Co., Ltd. Nanjing Puning Shipping Design Co., Ltd. is responsible for the production design, and Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for the reconstruction. The ship is China's first 15,000 gross tonnage cable-laying ship in unlimited navigation areas. It has a length of 114.3 meters, a molded depth of 6.1 meters, a full-load draft of 3.95 meters, a full-load displacement of 14,820 tons, and a loading capacity of 10,000 tons. It is equipped with a Φ32 meter loading capacity of 8,000 tons, cable turntable installation, DP2 automatic control system and 4 full-turn rudder propellers fore and stern, 1 set of 50 tons-35 meters and 1 set of 30 tons-26 meters Crane, 8 sets of 50 tons positioning winches, and 1 set of 60 tons hydraulic door Hanging, burying plow, etc. (burial depth 0 to 4 meters, 0 to 20 meters per minute). The self-sustaining capacity of the ship is about 1500 hours, it can accommodate 60 people, and it can meet the laying requirements of various 220KV submarine cables.
Visiting on board
The delivery of "Runneng 168" will make new breakthroughs in China's offshore wind power cable laying operations in deep sea areas. At the same time, as the second cable-laying ship invested and built by Green Holdings, the addition of the new ship type means that Green's offshore cable laying construction capacity and marine equipment level have stepped up to a new level. It provides strong equipment support and technical support for the Holding Company to develop into deep-sea EPC and open up installation projects in the deep-sea wind power market.
Runneng 168
Make breakthroughs and innovations, and bravely stand at the forefront. "Runneng 168" is a 15,000 gross tonnage cable laying ship. The Kongsberg DP2 automatic control system is used on board. DP2 can automatically control the ship's position and heading. It is more accurate in the positioning of the submarine cable laying route. At the same time, according to the automatic control function, it can reduce fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, and increase the endurance of ships in offshore construction.
Seize the opportunity and achieve the future. The investment and construction of "Runneng 168" is another masterpiece under the vision of the chairman of Green Holdings, grasping the pulse of the times and taking advantage of the trend. At the same time, it is also another sharp weapon for Green Ocean to follow the trend of the times, dare to imagine, dare to fight, and march towards the blue.
"The greatest truths is concise, and hard work is the key." The down-to-earth, courageous and pragmatic entrepreneurial spirit of Green people, coupled with the industry-leading position of "Runneng 168", will surely break new ground in the future deep-sea marine installation projects, stand bravely at the forefront, and contribute to our country's new energy industry and dual carbon goals.
