On November 30, 2021, Green Holdings and the acquirer CNNP Rich Energy Co., Ltd. successfully completed the equity transfer of the Suzui Shunhe Wind Farm Project in Huai'an District.
The Suzui Shunhe Wind Farm Project in Huai'an District is a large and medium-sized project in-depth cooperation between the Holding Company and PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co., Ltd. The project is located in Shunhe Town and Suzui Town, Huaian District, with an installed capacity of 92.1MW, 37 wind turbines (35 2.5MW and 2 2.3MW) and 37 box-type transformers. Also included a new 110kV step-up station with a total area of 5670m2, as well as auxiliary electrical system, 55km transmission line, communication system, road and supporting public works and environmental protection facilities. The estimated on-grid electricity is 2164.35 million kWh/a, and the annual equivalent full-power generation hour is 2350h.
Since the construction of the project, the project has been completed and accepted, rectified and eliminated, and the equity has been handed over to the acquirer smoothly. During the period, with the support of the leaders of the holding company, all members of the project team worked together to overcome the two epidemic shutdowns, the lag in equipment supply and the shortage of major construction machinery caused by the rush to install the industry, and the fact that the plain wind farm is close to the administrative village. Difficulty in coordination, regional seasonal influence, difficulty in reconstruction and expansion on the basis of existing roads and bridges, and high cost.
The Huai'an project from preparation, implementation, commissioning to successful handover and transfer is inseparable from the unremitting efforts of the project team members, not to mention the full cooperation of the company's various functional departments and also relevant participating units.
