Recently, Green Ocean has received frequent good news. "Runneng 168", "Runneng 118" and "Guoxuan" have successfully completed their tasks in their respective projects!

"Runneng 168" completed the 35KV interval cable laying of Guangdong Huadian Yangjiang Qingzhou III 500MW Offshore Wind Power Project

At 11:06 on December 15, 2021, "Runneng 168" successfully completed the cable laying task for the 3# WTG-step-up station section of the first bid section of Huadian Yangjiang Qingzhou III Project. The whole length is 6.81km. Following the completion of laying the main cables in Qingzhou III project, this is the first section cable laid by Runneng 168.

Huadian Yangjiang Qingzhou III Offshore Wind Power Project is located in the sea area near Shapa Town, Yangxi County, Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province. The sea area of the wind field is about 81.03 km2, the water depth ranges from 41m to 46m, and the shortest distance from the wind field to the shore is about 55km.

"Runneng 168" is the second cable laying ship invested and built by Green Holdings. This ship is my country's first 15,000 gross tonnage cable laying ship with unlimited navigation area, which can meet the laying requirements of various specifications such as 220KV and 35KV.

"Runneng 118" completed the laying of the 35kv submarine cable for the Phase 5 Offshore Wind Power Project in Yangjiang Shapa of Three Gorges.

At 6:30 on December 17, 2021, the 35kv submarine cable laying of Phase 5 of the Three Gorges Yangjiang Shapa Project was officially completed. Since the start of construction, the "Runneng 118" submarine cable laying project team has overcome difficulties such as harsh sea conditions, short operating windows, and heavy pulling operations. Continuously summarizing and improving during the construction process, the pulling operation time of the single submarine cable has decreased from 20 hours and 14 hours to 8 hours. Among them, the length of the submarine cable in the W36-W30 section is 2040 meters, and the total pulling and laying time is 39 hours, refreshing the time record for the laying of submarine cables of the same length by the ship.

The site of the Three Gorges Yangjiang Shapa Offshore Wind Power Project involves about 48 square kilometers of sea. The water depth range in the site area is from 26 to 30 meters, and the shortest distance from the land is about 16 kilometers. The work task is to lay 4 submarine cables which order is: W17-W16, W30-W36, W8-W8, W12-W11 WTG-to-WTG submarine cables.

"Runneng 118" is the first multi-functional cable-laying ship invested and built by Green Holdings, registered with China Classification Society (CCS). The overall length of the hull is 76.2m, the molded width is 24.38m, the molded depth is 4.88m, the cable loading capacity is 3000t, and the self-sustaining force is about 720 hours, which can meet the laying requirements of various specifications of 35KV submarine cables.

"Guoxuan" completed the WTG hoisting task of Guangdong Huadian Yangjiang Qingzhou III 500MW Offshore Wind Power Project

At 14:16 on December 16, the bottom section of the tower was lifted off the ship for the hoisting. The wind turbine was put in place at 1:30 on the 17th. It took a total of 11 hours and 20 minutes. "Guoxuan" efficiently completed the hoisting task of WTG No. 52!

The main crane of the "Guoxuan" platform is 1,600 tons, and there are three 50-ton cranes. It can meet the hoisting requirements of a single 8.3MW wind turbine. The platform is equipped with a tower tube and wheel hub turning device, which can complete the turning of the tower and wheel hub below 300 tons.

The ships of Green Ocean successfully completed various offshore work tasks, and all of them received unanimous praise from cooperative units such as the owner, the general contractor and the supervisor. Green people will still take conquering the blue as their mission, continue to promote the development of offshore clean energy, and contribute to the ideal of "3060 double carbon"!
