At 8:18 am on January 26, 2022, the 5,000-horsepower three-purpose tugboat "Green Tug-1" held by Green Holdings successfully sailed from Guangzhou.
"Green Tug-1" has total length of 56.3 meters, depth of 6 meters, width of 13.5 meters, load of 1320 tons, and bollard pulling force of 60 tons. It can assist unpowered ships or platforms in towing operations, supplying wind farm operations, etc.
"Green Tug-1" was imported from Singapore in December 2020, and entered the shipyard for maintenance in March 2021. The ship machinery department was responsible for the on-site supervision of manufacturing, and successively went through the procedures of purchasing maintenance parts and materials, crew arrangement. In August 2021, Tug-1 went to the anchorage to declare at the customs. Affected by the epidemic and other factors, Green Tug-1 set sail for Yangjiang on January 26, 2022.
