On May 20th, 2022, Hainan Future Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Future Charge"), a subsidiary of the Green Holding company, and the New Energy Division of Bull Group (hereinafter referred to as "Bull New Energy") held an authorized agency signing ceremony. After the signing, Future Charge will be the authorized agency of Bull New Energy charging pile in Hainan province, responsible for selling the full range of "Bull" brand new energy products in Hainan.
