On June 30, 2022, the commencement ceremony of Guangdong 100MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Power Station Project jointly developed and constructed by Green Holding was successfully held. Liang Caiyin, General Manager of the Holding Company, Liu Jian, General Manager of Green Electric Power and other leaders attended the ceremony.
The project is located in Guangdong Province, with an installed capacity of 100MW. The project is planned to adopt the "agriculture solar complementation" mode, and use the zero emission and pollution-free characteristics of photovoltaic power generation to organically combine with agricultural planting. Effectively improve the local energy structure and land utilization, achieve industrial integration, and promote rural revitalization and development.

After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual average on grid power generation is about 120 million kWh, which can save about 39500 tons of standard coal, reduce 3600 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions, 1800 tons of nitrogen oxide emissions, and 119600 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The Holding Company is committed to promoting the implementation of green energy power station projects and injecting new vitality into the sustainable development of local social economy.
