On August 3, 2022, the Holding Company and the acquirer Zhonghe Huineng Co., Ltd. completed the equity handover of the Julu Zhanghe 50MW wind power project.
The project is located in Yantuan Town and Zhangwangtuan Township, Julu County, with an installed capacity of 50MW, 19 wind turbine generators (16 x 2.65MW and 3 x 2.5MW), 19 box transformers, a 110kV booster station and connected to Xinqiu 220kV substation.
After the completion of the project, the annual grid power generation will be 129 million kWh, saving 37000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 107500 tons annually, which will effectively optimize the local energy structure, relieve environmental pressure and actively promote the sustainable development of the local economy.
Since the construction of the project, all members of the project team and relevant participating units have actively cooperated and taken multiple measures to overcome many difficulties, such as equipment and design changes caused by epidemic shutdown, rush to install wind power, and sharp increase in construction costs, so as to fully guarantee the active promotion of all works of the project.
In the future, the Holding Company will continue to expand its business scale, increase investment and development in new energy power stations, create more high-quality projects and contribute to the “3060 Double Carbon Target”.
