On May 19th, 2022, Ke Xing, Chairman of Green International Holdings Co., Ltd., and other leaders were invited to visit Hainan Electric Power Design & Research Institute of POWERCHINA Co., Ltd. At the meeting, Ke Xing, Chairman of the Holding Company, introduced the development and experience in the fields of onshore wind power, photovoltaics power, offshore wind power, new energy vehicle charging stations and overseas business in recent years to the leaders of POWERCHINA Hainan Institute. In 2020, the Holding Company entered the field of offshore wind power. At present, it has formed a professional marine engineering team and owns and leases 9 multi-functional professional vessels to complete the construction tasks of several offshore wind power projects in Guangdong, Zhejiang and other places. In the first half of 2022, the Holding Company has invested in the development of photovoltaic and wind power projects in Anhui, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanxi and Hainan and other provinces. Among them, the 100MW photovoltaic power generation project developed in Wenchang, Hainan started construction in March. The Holding Company’s "Future Charge" has completed the layout of new energy vehicle charging stations around Hainan Island, and "Future Car Service" has opened passenger, freight and other new energy vehicle rental services. The Holding Company is very optimistic about the development prospects of new energy-related industries in Hainan, and will continue to increase investment in development and construction in Hainan Province and optimize the company’s layout.
