At 22:00 on November 28, the last wind turbine of Huaiyang 20MW Distributed Wind Power Project (Qingfeng Wind Farm) was successfully connected to the grid. All 9 wind turbines of the project were connected to the grid in 7 days. The Huaiyang Qingfeng Wind Power Project is the second power station fully connected to the grid in Henan by the Holding Company this month after the Xihua Project. The full-capacity grid connection of the two power stations marks the successful conclusion of the Holding Company's power station development in Henan this year, and it is also a good start for the full-capacity grid connection of projects in several provinces such as Hebei and Jiangsu.
The total installed capacity of the Qingfeng Wind Power Project is 20 MW, which is developed, constructed, invested and installed by the Holding Company. The project includes 7 wind turbines with a single capacity of 2.2MW and 2 wind turbines with a single capacity of 2.3MW, and a new 35kV switch station. The estimated annual power generation of Qingfeng Wind Farm Project is about 41.264 million kW.
On November 21, the reverse power transmission was successful at one time;
On November 22, the first wind turbine was connected to the grid for power generation;
At 22:28 on November 28, 9 wind turbines were connected to the grid for power generation at full capacity.

During the construction process of the entire project, all the staff of the Project Department worked together, carefully planned and organized the construction. In the face of unfavorable factors such as the impact of bad weather, multi working fronts and wide areas, and unreasonable idleness due to local people, etc. All the construction personnel were not afraid of difficulties, coordinated as one, and solidly promoted the project construction. During the project implementation, the Project Department continuously optimized the construction organization plan, commissioned and grid-connected synchronously, and realized one WTG debugging and one grid-connected. It has won unanimous praise from the local government, owners, supervisors and other units.
In the future, the Project Department will work together to actively supervise and urge all participating units to complete the project to ensure the safe and stable operation of the wind farm and the "240H trial operation", and to realize the project completion, commissioning, acceptance and handover as soon as possible.
After the full capacity of the project was connected to the grid, Mr. Ke, Chairman of the Holding Company, led a team to the project site to congratulate at the first time. The chairman praised everyone for their quality and efficiency despite the lack of human resource and difficult working conditions. He hoped that all colleagues in the Project Department will guard against arrogance and impetuosity, make further progress, do a good job in follow-up work, and create conditions for the early delivery of the project. At the same time, he also hoped that Huaiyang and Xihua teams will share the good construction experience of the two power stations with the teams in Hebei and Jiangsu, so as to create conditions for the full-capacity grid connection of other projects.
